Q. How do I borrow library materials?

University students, faculty, and staff: Bring your university ID to the Allen or Mortensen circulation desk along with the materials you wish to borrow.

Alumni: Request an alumni ID card from the Alumni Association, then bring that card to the Allen or Mortensen circulation desk to set up your free library account.

Hartt Community Division students: Register for HCD classes, then request a library card. See all privileges and policies here.

Visitors unaffiliated with the university: Purchase a Guest Borrower card for an annual fee of $50. Contact Mortensen circulation (860.768.4264) for more information or to request a card.
